Job Overview:

Corporate Intellect Solutions is looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will connect with potential clients introduce them to the benefits of our CRM software (Bitrix24 and assist them in scheduling a free demo. You will receive full training to ensure a strong understanding of the product and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients from a provided lead list.
Explain the features and benefits of our CRM software in a compelling manner.
Persuade prospects to schedule a free demo with our sales experts.
Address customer inquiries and provide initial guidance on the product.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer responses in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested leads to ensure their participation in the demo.

Who Should Apply

Candidates with prior experience in client interaction sales or customer engagement.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus (Training will be provided).
Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 02 years of experience in sales client engagement or telecalling.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Persuasive and confident in handling client interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
  • Goaldriven and selfmotivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (training provided).

Work Requirements:

  • Fulltime availability at the Noida office.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage CRM data.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
