Job Description
Executive/Senior Executive IT to manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting ensuring all systems are secure and operational. This role is crucial in maintaining the technological backbone of the institution supporting both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary:Up to 45 lacs per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
- User support Training and Troubleshooting in areas of Hardware Operating systems MS Office and Support
- InDepth Knowledge and Troubleshooting:Utilize your extensive IT knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee and maintain the schools IT infrastructure including network connectivity hardware software databases and other related systems.
- System Security and Operation:Ensure all IT systems are secure operational and uptodate with the latest security protocols and updates.
- IT Security Best Practices:Establish and implement best practices for IT security to protect sensitive data and systems from threats.
- Policy Development:Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA) B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) or equivalent.
- Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) are highly desirable.
- 35years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing IT infrastructure.
- Excellent knowledge of network connectivity hardware software and databases.
- Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
Salary:Up to 45 lacs per annum.
