Job Description
- The vetting process for this role comprises 23 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
- Festivals From India is hiring for this role on behalf of Serendipity Arts Foundation.
- This is an onsite fulltime position based in Delhi.
- Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Performing Arts Arts Management Cultural Studies Event Management or a related field.
Degrees in Music Dance Theatre or interdisciplinary arts programmes would be advantageous especially for candidates with a background in performance curation.
Equivalent professional experience in programming production or arts administration may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
36 years work experience in the arts is preferable but not compulsory.
Proficiency with software such as InDesign Illustrator Photoshop AutoCAD SketchUp would be an advantage.
Knowledge of technical and production aspects of artrelated project(s) would be an advantage
Strong communication and writing skills specifically in English.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
Creative individual with drive good analytical skills and the ability to take initiative
Willing to work with flexible working hours as and when required.

Track record of conceptualising and executing events aligned with strategic goals
Innovative thinker capable of developing fresh ideas for cultural initiatives.
Proficiency in logistics budgeting and vendor management to ensure program success
Experience collaborating with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to produce clear coherent creative briefs and project reports
Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities and work within tight deadlines
A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills
Ability to create project management structures systems and processes and follow through both personally and with team members
