In support for the University Strategic Plan and Future Horizon IT Services seeks to drive the transformation of a truly innovative digital technology experience in creating a vibrant campus for business industry startups health sectors local and global investors researchers students alumni and the broader community to come together to learn innovate and collaborate.
Your New Role!
With a focus on the smooth operation of teaching and learning facilities the Campus Technology Assistant is responsible for the of routine functionality checks logistical support and customer service activities under the banner of the Campus Technology Team.
Your Key responsibilities will include
- Delivering exceptional customer service across all support channels enhancing the student and employees experience.
- Ensure smooth operations for Teaching Learning and Meeting Venues while supporting asset management.
- Promote the Universitys values of equality diversity and social responsibility.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledgebase and support compliance with policies and procedures.

This Casual position attracts a rate of $37.80 $38.93 per hour (inclusive of 25 casual loading) plus 11.5 employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:
- Current actively enrolled student at Murdoch University.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills.
