Job Description

Modern Wealth Management in Exton PA is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. Client service is our #1 priority and we are looking for someone with the same mindset to join us as a fulltime CSA. You will be working with our team under the direction of our Lead Advisors. ClientFacing Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients visitors and stakeholders greeting guests warmly answering inquiries and providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings and conference room bookings ensuring accuracy efficiency and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation to support office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daytoday activities.
  • Contribute to the overall client experience by providing exceptional customer service anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle all paperwork for clients and the firms custodians
  • Respond to client requests open new accounts process money out transactions etc.
  • Followup and document work as appropriate in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Handle client RMDs
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer/client service a professional office
  • Experience with webbased CRM or other similar software
  • Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various webbased platforms
  • Positive energetic friendly and serviceoriented
  • Detailoriented and organized
  • Ability to follow/interpret procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion


Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 1530 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
