Job Description
We are looking for an individual that values working hard and playing hard delivering results and learning from failures and playing together and winning together. As a business development manager you will be responsible for growing company sales. We offer a commission pay plan 50 25 25. Our company has aggressive growth goals and this position is essential to achieving those.
We understand that if a company is not growing it is shrinking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation including networking prospecting etc.
- Pipeline management
- Transitioning customers from sales to the operations team
- Weekly reporting of sales data Qualifications
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
