Job Responsibilities
- Develop mobilebased or webbased content for training the FOS.
- Update and moderate contents as per the requirement of the business front.
- Evaluate the Process & Product knowledge test through online module and take initiative like eLearning.
- Plan schedule and execute Process Specific Training Product & skillbased Training for existing and New Hire (Loan Officer and branch staff).
- Provide tools to improve the efficiency of individuals.
- Scrutinize new recruit profiles and conduct evaluation tests for them before selection.
- Collect & Publish industry fraud cases and make branch staff aware of possible lapses which lead to serious loss.
- Circulate knowledge series and conduct surprise online/SMS/telephonic tests.
- Prepare sales tools for the Sales team and provide necessary training.
- Suggest process and product improvement ideas.
- Ensure closure of audit remarks.
- Highlight star performers.
- Provide system training to new and existing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff behavior and awareness on products and policies.
- Understand processes KYC Knowledge and the documentation required.
- Possess product and competitor knowledge.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager or similar role
- Indepth understanding of micro lending products and processes
- Strong knowledge of elearning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan multitask and manage time effectively
- BSc/BA in business finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
