Job Description
Are you a talented content strategist looking to make a difference Send Relief the compassion ministry arm of the International Mission Board is seeking a skilled Content Manager to join our team.
Location: Alpharetta GA

In this exciting role you will be responsible for developing and executing the editorial plan and content strategy for Send Relief ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. As the Content Manager for Send Relief you will have the opportunity to create compelling and engaging material that raises awareness and drives support for our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align content marketing strategy with the overall marketing objectives.
- Write a wide range of content including emails web copy video scripts newsletters articles social media posts and press releases.
- Collaborate on content for Send Relief social media channels andcoordinate content with other IMB and NAMB channels.
- Monitor and analyze customer engagement with content.
- Edit and review content to ensure consistency with style guidelines.
- Conduct interviews travel and research to develop unique compelling content.
- Aggregate and update Send Relief editorial calendar.
- Repurpose content as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Communicate among multiple marketing disciplines.
- Adhere to budget limits and maintain high ethical standards of fiscal control
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in content marketing journalism writing or a related field preferred
- At least three years of experience in marketing content creation and management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively
- Highly proficient with interpersonal and professional communication among peers field staff executive leaders and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Adapt to changing priorities and complex timesensitive demands
- Effectively present information to top management and public groups.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and word processing software
- Knowledge of the Southern Baptist Convention and Baptist doctrine is a plus
- Ability to travel up 20 of the time
