Job Description
As usual we are looking for a Unicorn!
We are assisting an affiliate marketing company with finding an experienced Polish-speaking Content Manager with experience from the igaming industry. Full details below!
The role is a Malta-based maternity cover of 6 months with the possibility of extension starting a.s.a.p.
Pro-rata salary 35-40K & generous benefits incl hybrid-remote conditions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership for all content activities to ensure quality clarity and consistency
- Manage & optimize brand content style and tone of voice
- Develop and maintain an Editorial & CRM Content Calendars
- Ensure timely delivery
- Ensure CRM content is optimised towards targeted segments
- Identlfy new content opportunities for the Companys brands
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement to optimize content and maximise conversions
- Manage a talented Team of 3 Content Writers & 1 Site Manager and ensure that all content delivered is in line with the Companys content strategy and brand guidelines
- Train support and empower your team to achieve organisational goals and deliver the best possible product to our users
- Oversee the teams keyword discovery research and analysis to implement keyword expansion and SEO recommendations
- Ensure content team adherence to Agile working principles and established processes
- Manage and liaise with external Content Contributors
- Adopt a data-driven approach to content publishing and constantly track performance
- Collaborate with Product Video and Design teams
Requirements for applicants
- Experience of working with Content Management for affiliate marketing in igaming
- Team Lead experience
- Experience of managing external resources like content writers and video content contributors
- Fantastic communication skills (grammar police level) in Polish
- Good communication skills in English written and spoken
- Go to the office weekly (very flexible)
