Review and moderate chatbot content to ensure compliance with platform policies and
linguistic accuracy.
Evaluate and analyze chatbot responses ensuring clarity contextual accuracy and adherence
to company guidelines.
Identify and flag inappropriate or misleading chatbot interactions that could violate policy
standards.
Ensure adherence to content moderation and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve flagged chatbot issues.
Requirements
Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).
Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with chatbot-generated content including possible exposure to
sensitive material.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
