About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Style Netbox youll be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Youll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries product information and troubleshooting.
Process orders refunds and exchanges as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain customer accounts and ensure accurate records are kept.
Collaborate with other teams to provide consistent service and achieve company goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Problemsolving skills and a calm empathetic approach to customer concerns.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
