Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience inKronoswith technofunctional expertise inTimekeeping Scheduling Accruals Attendancemodules andWorkforce Integration Manager(WIM).
• Engage in detailed client interactions to gather functional and technical requirements and provide solutions from a domain and product perspective.
• Strong functional expertise in designingWorkforce Managementsolutions for clients.
• Technical competency in mappingretail business scenariostoKronos configuration elements.
• Strong integration knowledge using tools likeKronos WIMand languages likeSQL.
• Proficiency in writing complexSQL queriesandstored procedures.
• Experience working in anAgile environment ability to prioritize incidents and provide regular status updates.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to enable effort scoping.
• Act as a point of contact forclient interactionandcoordination with stakeholders.
• Create knowledge artifacts and training documentation.
• Practical experience or exposure toWorkforce Dimensionsis a plus.
• Preferred experience withOracle PL/SQL.
