Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend services using Java and related technologies
Write clean maintainable code focused on performance and reliability
Conduct unit and integration testing debugging and issue resolution
Collaborate with developers product managers and QA engineers
Refactor existing applications to improve performance and security
Review peer code and contribute to documentation
Support internal users and assist with troubleshooting and training
Participate in project planning and ensure timely delivery
Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Java or similar object-oriented languages Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and n-tier architecture Experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred) Hands-on knowledge of Java/JEE or C++, RESTful APIs, microservices, and message-oriented systems Familiarity with JBoss or similar application server environments Interest in learning financial instruments and industry concepts Prior exposure to financial systems is a plus, though not required
