About the Client
Our client is one of the Big 4 global professional services firms delivering large-scale international Workday programs. Project work is primarily US-based and is executed from India delivery centers.
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Workday Technical Consultants to support ongoing Workday integration and data conversion projects. This role is ideal for professionals who are Workday certified or eligible for certification transfer/training and capable of working independently with minimal supervision post task assignment.
Key Responsibilities
For Integration Roles:
Design and develop Workday integrations including EIB Workday Studio PECI WECI Document Transformation and other connector-based solutions (Core HCM Benefits Payroll).
Leverage XSLT/XML and Workday Web Services API for custom solutions.
Engage in technical design discussions and provide integration strategies aligned with client needs.
Produce high-quality technical specifications perform code reviews and ensure integration reliability across modules.
For Conversion Roles:
Lead end-to-end data conversion efforts for large-scale Workday implementations.
Execute ETL processes manage data mapping sessions with stakeholders and define prototype strategies for validation.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data migration across Workday modules.
Additional Notes
Candidates already engaged with the client will not be considered.
All contract resources are required to be Workday Certified.
A mandatory background check will be conducted before onboarding.
The interview process will include 1 2 rounds with the client s evaluation team.
Projects are primarily international (US-based) and executed from India.
Strong configuration and development skills are essential; SME-level or strategic-only profiles are not suitable.
Candidates should be self-sufficient post-task assignment and capable of collaborating in a global delivery model.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Active Workday Certification (or the ability to transfer or obtain certification as per client requirements).
3 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration and/or data conversion.
Strong understanding of integration patterns data flows and Workday technical architecture.
Minimum two full-cycle Workday projects either as a technical integration developer or data conversion specialist.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience coding designing and supporting enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.
Workday Technical Skills of Interest
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
Integrations: EIB Studio XSLT/XML Web Services PECI WECI Document Transformation Core Connectors
Data Conversions: End-to-end ETL process management mapping and prototype planning
Technical Tools: Calculated Fields Integration Maps Custom Reports Workday API
