The Role
- Advising on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions disposals leasing and property finance
- Working with a diverse client base including developers investors and corporate occupiers
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across different departments to provide seamless legal solutions
- Supporting the firms ongoing growth and playing a key role in business development initiatives
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 48 years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
- Experience handling commercial property transactions with strong technical expertise
- A commercial mindset with excellent client management and communication skills
- Ambitious and keen to develop within a leading legal team
