We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Ideagen. The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Pricing in the development of our pricing strategy across all products in the market.This position is vital as we transition to a fully SaaSbased model ensuring optimised pricing decisions for both new and existing customers and enabling consistent pricing across our product range.
Responsibilities
- Building and of maintenance of pricing tools and models to enable pricing decisions
- Build and maintain a robust reporting platform to track pricing related performance
- Analysis of customerlevel pricing delivering commercial recommendations on pricing strategies to maximise value
- Creating profitability analysis of our products
- Construction of competitor pricing insight and continual monitoring of external market
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and assess customer response to our pricing framework
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technically proficient with analytical tools including advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of pricing strategies and economic principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of constructing commercial recommendations and effectively presenting datadriven stories to stakeholders.
- A collaborator who can build strong stakeholder networks and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in pricing strategies.
