Job Title: National Sales Lead
Industry: Logistics (FTL Business)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Core Responsibilities:
- Create a sales activity plan seek approvals and hunt for new small & midsize corporates corporate accounts to meet revenue targets.
- Onboard new customers with signed contracts that have approved cost and service delivery parameters as per Company norms
- Manage demand and supply timelines quality and cost ratios as per agreed plan and discussions with the customer
- Ensure DSO targets are met on a daily basis and trading ratios are maintained for all customer contracts
- Work towards improving operational efficiency by regular followup with customers
- Periodically review customer outstanding over dues and assist the Lead Demand & Sales in controlling receivables resulting in minimized working capital cycle.
- Analyze the market trends and customer requirements in detail to gain a deeper understanding and also to be able to contribute to the overall sales plan
- Ensure the right product is pitched to the right customer after understanding their demands
- Negotiate with the customer using approved cost margins and service delivery parameters to sign contracts.
- Understand customer needs pain points and resolve commercial as well as product related queries to keep the customers satisfied
- Adherence to the customer connect schedule including physical visits to resolve technical & commercial issues
- Resolve queries in minimum time and ensure proactive as well as corrective steps to reduce number of escalations
- Take active steps to continuously improve the customer experience using regular engagement and discussions.
- Gather customer data maintain databases of existing and potential customers and regularly update for better perusal
- Coordinate with relevant departments for resolving payment/credit issues technologybased application issues
- Ensure right technical documents and signed customer contracts are maintained and available for reference & audit purposes.
- Seek to improve process and cost efficiency by ensuring demandsupply ratio is met as per contract and gross margins to be agreed for customers are duly approved.
- Gather customer data maintain databases of existing and potential customers and regularly update for better perusal

Qualifications:
- 15 years business experience in sales and/or account management preferably in Logistics industry. B2B sales preferred
- Bachelors of Technology; MBA Preferred
- Good understanding of how freight market and relationships between truckers consignors shippers and brokers work.
- Adept in managing client relationship
- Experience with an existing digital freight aggregation platform will be preferred.
- Good understanding of local geography culture market characteristics
- Open to travelling
- Ability to work independently and proactively
