Job Description
Take ownership of a strategic sales development role where you ll leverage modern sales technology to connect with commercial property decisionmakers and facility management professionals. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic prospecting campaigns using ZoomInfo and Hubspot to identify and qualify potential clients in the commercial property sector
- Conduct professional outreach to property owners facility managers and industry decisionmakers
- Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities
- Maintain detailed prospect records and activity tracking in Hubspot CRM
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Develop and execute systematic followup strategies to nurture leads
- Create and maintain detailed activity reports and sales pipeline updates
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales experience with preference for construction or property services background
- Demonstrated success in lead generation appointment setting or sales development
- Professional phone presence with excellent English communication skills
- Experience with modern sales tools specifically ZoomInfo and Hubspot
- Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to recordkeeping
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
