The APEX Division of the Office of Budget and Finance (OBF) is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Payroll Manager who will manage the processing and distribution of Hennepin County payroll on a biweekly basis provide supervision to nine payroll staff and continuously enhance business process efficiency the control environment as well as the customer service experience of the employees.
Location and hours:
This position is hybrid and will be performed both onsite at the 625 building 625 4th Avenue South Minneapolis MN 55415 and remote as job duties require. Work hours will be Monday through Friday with typical hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. While this position is designated as hybrid based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin. New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all new benefitearning employees is inperson in downtown Minneapolis. Details about NEO will be provided upon hire.
