Job Description
1. Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pickup of the orders
2. Coordinate with the ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly
3. Coordinate with customers in case of any orderrelated issues
4. Resolve orderrelated issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience
5. Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pickuprelated issues
6. Coordinate internal stock audits at the warehouse
7. Assist the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports
Requirements
1. English and Hindi are must
2. Minimum qualification Any graduate
