We are a fastpaced upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care progressive rehab (PT) and other wellness services.
If you are energetic friendly fun purposedriven motivated and a team player we should talk! And because everything in our office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed your strong phone computer and people skills are all vital.
Youll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications helping people customer service and handling finances.

Who you are:

What you will do:
- Insurance verifications
- Create financial worksheets
- Deliver financial reviews with patients
- Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctors treatment plan
- Scan incoming insurance EOBs
- Assist with marketing campaigns creative content community outreach
- Weekly patient reporting
- Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
- Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutterfree
- Manage patient flow between Doctor Rehab and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient fun and effective
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining recording and updating personal and financial information
- Collect patient charges control credit extended to patients and file collect and expedite thirdparty claims
- Maintain business office inventory
- Other Administrative tasks
What you need
- Twoyear degree or more is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required

Compensation: $19.00 $21.00 per hour
