Job Description

We are a leading construction company with a strong presence in high-profile infrastructure projects across Europe. As part of our continued growth we are currently looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Barcelona where we are involved in a landmark construction project in the heart of the city.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale development that is expected to shape the future of the citys urban and sporting landscape. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic and experienced team contributing to the successful execution of one of the regions most ambitious engineering endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate technical documentation (drawings specifications plans) to ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Support the construction and subcontract departments by resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with design and contract specifications
  • Assist in the preparation of material submittals method statements and work schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and suppliers to ensure technical consistency and timely progress
  • Monitor construction progress and provide technical reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
  • Participate in site inspections and support quality control and procurement processes

Candidate Profile Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Barcelona
  • Native-level Spanish and intermediate English (minimum B2)
