Job Description

Title: Client & Contract Management - Client Care Coordinator / Admin / Office Assistant
Location: Charleston SC 29403
Duration: 04 Months
Shift Timing: 08:30 AM 05:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: $26.00/Hour on W2

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and marketing support to the industrial leasing team.

Assist with landlord-side marketing efforts (requires strong InDesign skills).

Coordinate documentation listings and proposals.

Act as the on-the-ground resource for broker and team needs.

Handle MS Office Suite tasks including reports presentations and scheduling.

Must-Have Qualifications:

2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Experience in a marketing support role.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

Interest or experience in commercial real estate.

Previous experience at firms like CBRE Cushman & Wakefield JLL.

Bachelors degree preferred.
