Management Trainee Positions are available at Friendship Hyundai of Princeton. We are the training dealership for future managers in the West Virginia market.
As a Management Trainee you will work in all departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations including Service Parts Sales and Finance.
Our Management Team alongside Hyundai Corporate has developed a structured training program that includes:
- Computerbased training
- Onthejob training
- Oneonone coaching
- Specialized boot camps in Service Parts Sales and Finance
Upon successful completion of the training you will be prepared to perfectly execute tasks with speed and attention to detail.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Managementdriven
- Computer literate
- Honest and goaldriven
- Punctual and eager to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Possess a valid drivers license
