The Senior Director EndtoEnd Experience Design US & Canada role will adopt global endtoend (E2E) brand roadmaps developed by the center team to meet the specific needs of regions across the continent. As pod leaders within the Continent Lodging Product & Services organization they will lead crossdiscipline teams to execute prioritized measurable and highimpact work leveraging customer insights and market research to drive innovation and brand evolution. The Senior Director will oversee the development and implementation of tailored E2E experience strategies ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer expectations. This role requires fluency in all aspects of physical and digital brand management and will be key in collaborating across disciplines to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The Senior Director will coordinate with global and other continent E2E teams to share best practices and learnings fostering a global culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The salary range for this position is $141700 to $224800 annually. In addition to the annual salary the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
