SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Location: Bromley BR1
Salary: 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a great opportunity for a Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator with previous experience in Estate Agency and who is able to hit the ground running to work for a highly respected local brand in the Bromley area.
You will need to be a committed team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling and/or renting residential property.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart punctual reliable wellspoken and articulate whilst being driven focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
The Company: Our client is a longestablished independent Sales and Lettings agency that pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service locally.
Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience as Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Bromley and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
