Job description:

Are you ready to lead and transform the IT landscape of a dynamic internationally active company We are seeking a visionary Head of Global IT to shape and execute a futurefocused strategy that aligns global and local business goals positions IT as a strategic partner and drives innovation and efficiency.

• Develop and implement a futureoriented IT strategy that integrates global and local business objectives.
• Position IT as a reliable service provider and strategic business partner.
• Establish IT service management standards and lead local IT projects aligned with global initiatives.
• Ensure seamless IT operations at our site in Hanover including hardware software network infrastructure and helpdesk services.
• Analyze and introduce new technologies to optimize ERP systems (SAP to S4 HANA Navision) and drive digital transformation and automation in production and administration.
• Standardize and consolidate IT structures to achieve sustainable efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute an IT Security roadmap.
• Build and develop a highperforming serviceoriented IT team through strategic workforce planning coaching and transparent processes. Foster relationships with strategic 3rd party outsourcing partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with global IT teams and report regularly to senior management.
• Enhance ITs visibility as a key contributor to company success.

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or comparable qualification.
• 810 years of IT management experience preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) business process optimization.
• Solid understanding of finance logistics production and procurement processes.
• Strong grasp of technological trends data security GDPR compliance and scalable IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in implementing innovative technologies and IT processes in industrial environments.
• Experience working with works councils and managing projects in complex multinational settings.
• Outstanding problemsolving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in both German and English with a solutionoriented mindset.
• A forwardthinking leader with experience transforming IT into a serviceoriented futureproof function within a global context.
