Key Responsibilities:

Retain and grow revenue on the existing book of business manage customer life cycle customer contract renewals increase footprint within the business forecast and reduce churn.

The Account Manager will understand the customers business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued longterm relationship and help identify opportunities where Kaseya services fit their ongoing business strategy.

Meet weekly and quarterly UpSell and CrossSell opportunity generation consistent with sales targets; generate a pipeline 3 times the target.

Increase footprint in the existing customer base to offset any unavoidable churn.

Requirements:

Proven track record of establishing themselves as a strategic trusted adviser to clients.

1 8 years of endtoend sales experience who loves being in a competitive environment that is driven to meet targets.

Selfstarter who can own ongoing customer success of large medium and small customers.

The role requires the employee to work in the following shift timings:

ANZ: 03:00AM 12:00PM

EMEA: 01:30PM 10:30PM

NAM: 06:30PM 03:30AM
