Job Description

At Work With Island were all about pushing the boundaries of product performancewhether its securing our supply chain improving product features or reducing aftersales issues.

As part of a team of four youll work directly under the guidance of Tatiana our Product Performance Manager to enhance our products and optimize our supply chain in collaboration with our factories.

Your Main Missions

Analyze aftersales data to identify recurring issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Investigate and propose solutions working closely with factories and product engineers.

Plan and track improvements setting deadlines and managing retroplanning.

Lead small projects handling specifications timelines and communication.

Conduct field visits to observe product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Explore alternative components to enhance performance (cost acoustics lighting) secure supply chains or introduce new features.

Who Youll Work With

This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders including:

Internal: Leadership team product engineers production managers and aftersales service.

External: Suppliers and factories to find technical solutions optimize production and reduce aftersales issues.
