We are currently seeking a Whitecourt Office Manager to join our team based out of our Whitecourt office. This position is focused on supporting operational efficiencies and our business management processes. The Whitecourt Office Manager is directly responsible for administrative functions records management safety program administration supporting finance and accounting. Our project work is rewarding team based safety driven and is completed for the energy and forest sectors throughout the province.

Position Responsibilities
- Timecard management including employee timesheet compliance review for payroll and client time ticket submissions;
- Perform Whitecourt Office administration functions and provide operational support;
- Manage and maintain Whitecourt facilities including ordering supplies organizing layout and ensuring cleanliness and functionality;
- Maintain business and employee records management to ensures records are collected reviewed compiled up to date organized filed and accessible;
- Booking travel and accommodation;
- Perform purchasing expense tracking inventory management and fleet management.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Postsecondary education related to a Business Business Administration or an Accounting discipline is preferred;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a related position;
- Knowledgeable in current small business best management practices;
- Basic finance and accounting knowledge;
- Safety program management knowledge and experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (preferably QuickBooks);
- Ability to demonstrate leadership quality safety and customer service focus;
- Strong communication skills collaborative and team oriented;
