Accounts Payable Officer Temp to Perm
Location: West Perth (No Parking)
Salary: $80000 Super (on perm)

Were partnering with a reputable Mining & Resources business based in West Perth to recruit a skilled Accounts Payable Officer for an immediate start. This is a temptoperm opportunity offering stability great team culture and longterm career potential.
About the Role:
Youll manage endtoend Accounts Payable processes handling 500 complex invoices per month in a highvolume fastpaced environment. Strong experience using MYOB is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Full function Accounts Payable from invoice entry to payment
Matching batching and coding of supplier invoices
Managing approvals and following up on outstanding authorisations
Processing weekly and adhoc payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements
Managing AP inbox and responding to supplier queries
Handling complex and exceptionbased invoicing
Liaising with internal departments for invoice queries or discrepancies
Assisting with monthend reporting and accruals related to AP
Maintaining supplier records and ensuring compliance with company policies
What Youll Need:
Proven experience in an endtoend Accounts Payable role
MYOB experience is essential please do not apply without it
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highvolume invoicing
Confident communicator with solid problemsolving skills
Experience in Mining Resources or Engineering sectors is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team
