Job Description
TGGs client in Summerville is seeking aConstruction Accountantwith experience communicating with Project Managers to join their established team.
Schedule:5 days in office
Compensation:$60K 65K (DOE) Benefits
Position Overview:
- Maintain physical files for AP/ AR.
- Sync QB with bill daily and fix any errors that arise
- Process Invoices throughbillfor payment
- Code Payroll and fuel expenses by job
- Verify expense reports
- Obtain and file project permits
- Gather organize match & input aggregate & Soil Materials
- Submit vendor applications
- Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain sitespecific safety data sheets
- Obtain and file project permits.
Qualifications:
- AA in accounting or a related field is preferred
- 3 years of general accounting experience is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required.
- 1 years of Construction accounting experience is required.
