Job Description
- Overseeing Erection Projects Managing crews subcontractors and job site logistics to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Ensuring Safety Compliance Conducting safety meetings enforcing PPE use and following strict safety protocols.
- Maintaining Quality Control Overseeing inspections and ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 and AISC standards.
- Leading and Supervising Teams Training mentoring and holding ironworkers accountable for performance and safety.
- Managing Documentation Completing reports tracking expenses and ensuring accurate record-keeping for every project.
- Youre a natural leader who keeps a crew motivated and productive.
- You take pride in your work and never settle for good enough.
- You understand that safety isnt optionalits non-negotiable.
- Youre an expert at problem-solving and adapting to changing conditions.
- 3 years of experience as an Ironworker
- Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation
- Strong knowledge of steel erection rigging and welding
- Leadership and communication skills to run a tight efficient team
- Tekla EPM software experience preferred
- Prior leadership or Foreman experience preferred
