Job Summary:
Are you ready for a thrilling opportunity that combines exceptional customer service with the dynamic world of dental medicine As a Patient Intake/Scheduling Assistant at the School of Dental Medicine youll play a pivotal role in delivering topnotch dental care at our School. Youll be the friendly face and voice that greets and assists up to 250 patients daily both in person and virtually. Your support in operating the Information/Reception areas will be key in triaging and directing inquiries scheduling appointments through cuttingedge electronic health record systems and discussing treatment plans with new patients. With a balance of front desk reception and patient checkin checkout scheduling and payment tasks your days will be diverse fastpaced and rewarding. Working alongside dental students faculty and staff youll ensure that each patients journey is efficient professional and compassionate. Plus as a valued member of our team you may occasionally be assigned other exciting duties that align with our vision mission and values. Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range or hiring range for this position has been established as $39060 $45314.
The above hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
This position is eligible for overtime compensation.
