What Youll Do: As a CNA at The Culpeper youll be a vital part of a compassionate team providing essential care to our residents in assisted living memory care and healthcare settings. Youll help our residents with activities of daily living and contribute to their wellbeing by delivering personalized highquality care.

Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma/GED
Active CNA certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfort working with elderly residents and individuals with special needs
Physical strength and stamina to assist with patient care tasks
