Job Description

Job Title: CNA
Location: Baltimore MD
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 am - 7:30pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assisting patients with daily living activities and ensuring they receive high-quality respectful care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting.
  • Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility including repositioning patients and helping them move safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and common areas.
  • Support nursing staff with procedures and care tasks as needed.
  • Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to calls and requests.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CNA certification in MD.
  • BLS certification
  • 1YR experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide compassionate care.
