Are you passionate about making a difference and driving philanthropic success The Development Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Mays Development Office. Youll be at the heart of our operations enhancing the effectiveness of our development team and collaborating with key divisions within Mays Business School (Business Services Events & Donor Relations).
As a vital connector youll triage incoming development inquiries facilitate meaningful donor relations and stewardship and manage impactful communication efforts. Your work will inspire engagement and foster a culture of philanthropy making a lasting impact on our community.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree
4 years of relevant experience overseeing business operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in collaborating with leadership and highprofile individuals
Responsibilities
Liaison & Donor Stewardship:
Act as a liaison between the Deans Office Mays development office and Texas A&M Foundation to implement stewardship strategies manage donorrelated information and oversee gift agreements acknowledgments and recognition processes
Manage donor stewardship efforts including maintaining a portfolio of principallevel donors coordinating recognition events and recommending personalized items for donors and prospects
Collaborate with the development team and college leadership on donor outreach strategies customized endowment reports impactful campus experiences and special initiatives to enhance development operations
Fundraising & Event Coordination:
Collaborate and coordinate with the Mays event planning team on collegebased fundraising activities and coordinate membership activities/events for Mays and other donor groups
Develop and coordinate event needs including agendas presentation topics speaker lists and special activities for donor/former student events
Work with college staff to handle event logistics specific to donor events
Coordinate development event calendars and coordinate Development Councils and Volunteer Boards with planning team
Administrative & Operational Support:
Use the Foundations CRM software for entry and documentation of development and stewardship activities
Share knowledge identify process improvements and contribute to team effectiveness
Produce biweekly donor thankyou letter templates and assist with donorrelated communications (e.g. program booklets brochures flyers)
Chair or serve on various college university and Texas A&M Foundation development committees
Manage student workers for the Development Office
Collaboration & Process Facilitation:
Work closely with the college business office to manage donor accounts provide updates on scholarships professorships and chairs reconcile agreements and maximize resource allocations
Facilitate processes with Mays development officers to create effective funding proposals communications and partnerships with planned giving corporate and foundation entities
Collaborate with internal departments and utilize Foundation resources to enhance purposeful fundraising efforts
