Job Description
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
8 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiatives and managing a team.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates hiring managers and team members.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Experience working in mention specific industry or sector if applicable is preferred but not required
