Job Summary

The Facilities Lead will manage the daytoday facilities operation and support Senior Facilities manager in seamless facilities operation. He is responsible for ensuring that the physical environment of the organization aligns with operational safety and efficiency standards while enhancing the overall employee experience. This role oversees all aspects of building operations maintenance and vendor management ensuring the workspace supports business objectives. Extend support in management of Physical Security and company cab service.


Essential Job Functions

  • Facility Management: Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities to ensure the environment is clean safe and in good working condition. Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing security etc. Troubleshoot and resolve facilityrelated issues promptly.

  • Health Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local state and federal regulations related to building operations and safety. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions when needed. Develop and enforce safety policies and emergency procedures.

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Support Senior manager in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers for cleaning security maintenance and repairs. Ensure vendor contracts are uptodate and services are delivered on schedule and within budget. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Space Planning & Utilization: Assist in managing space allocation and planning for current and future facility needs. Collaborate with ground teams on daily events and meeting

  • Budget Management: Manage the facilities budget tracking expenses for maintenance supplies and capital improvement projects. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Develop and oversee 52week preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifecycle of equipment. Respond promptly to repair requests and ensure timely resolution.

  • Crisis and Emergency Management: Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place. Develop and execute emergency response plans for fire security breaches and natural disasters. Train staff on evacuation procedures and conduct periodic drills.

  • Project and Monitoring: Monitor project management progresses and ensure completed within stipulated timelines. Identify and address project issues risks and dependencies proactively. Ensure adherence to project budgets schedules and quality standards.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 58 years of experience in facilities management building maintenance or a related field.
