Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Team Lead plays a critical role in identifying engaging and attracting toptier talent to meet our organisations growing demands. By leveraging advanced sourcing techniques AIdriven recruitment tools and sourcing communities this role ensures a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment embraces innovation and is passionate about staying ahead of technological advancements in recruitment and sourcing.


Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize Boolean search methodology AIpowered sourcing tools and data mining techniques to identify highpotential candidates.
  • Engage passive talent through proactive outreach leveraging social media platforms job boards and direct networking.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Recruitment and recruiters to understand job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Research industry trends competitor hiring strategies and emerging technologies to inform and optimize sourcing approaches.
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit before presenting them to Recruitment Partners.
  • Build and nurture longterm talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
  • Manage relationships with panel agency contacts to supplement sourcing efforts when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in Zoho
  • Analyze sourcing data conversion rates and engagement metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports on sourcing effectiveness hiring trends and pipeline status for senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide Sourcing Specialists fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Lead by example demonstrating best practices in AIdriven sourcing Boolean search techniques and candidate engagement.
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledgesharing sessions to upskill the sourcing team on emerging recruitment technologies and trends.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Boolean search strings AIdriven sourcing tools and social media recruiting.
  • Handson experience utilizing automation machine learning and predictive analytics to refine candidate search strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and social media engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong candidate relationships.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS LinkedIn Recruiter Entelo Hiretual or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in an agile highvolume recruitment environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sourcing effectiveness and make datadriven improvements.
  • Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in Boolean sourcing and AIpowered candidate search.
  • Proven success in highvolume recruitment and niche sourcing within a fastpaced BPO or agency recruitment environment.
  • Experience in proactive talent pipeline development and passive candidate engagement.
  • Background in managing sourcing teams or mentoring junior recruiters
