About You and The Role

Zipline is seeking an organized hardworking highly motivated individual to create worldclass inoffice experiences for employees and drive daytoday office operations in our South SF office. As our Office Coordinator youll be the driving force behind creating an inclusive engaging and seamless workplace experience where employees can do their best work. From managing daytoday operations to curating memorable events your role will be instrumental in representing our Zipline values and promoting a positive office culture.

This is a fully inoffice role 5 days a week out of South San Francisco HQ reporting into our People / Facilities team.

What Youll Do

  • Create an outstanding workplace experience Foster a positive inclusive and engaging environment where employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
  • Manage office operations seamlessly Oversee office purchasing inventory and vendor relationships to ensure a wellstocked and efficient workspace.
  • Curate an exceptional food & beverage experience Coordinate onsite snacks and catering to keep the team fueled and energized.
  • Plan and execute memorable events Partner with Office Leads and the Social Committee to organize company outings inoffice celebrations and teambuilding activities that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Empower seamless onboarding experiences Work with HR IT and Recruiting to ensure new hires are set up for success managing seating arrangements and workplace essentials.
  • Maintain office upkeep and functionality Take charge of all office maintenance from workspace ergonomics to cleaning and equipment needs ensuring a comfortable and productive environment.
  • Deliver a worldclass visitor experience Greet guests and interviewees assisting with travel accommodations and any necessary arrangements.
  • Manage shipping and correspondence Work alongside our Operational teams to oversee mail distribution package handling and shipping logistics to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Provide remote office support Offer light assistance to satellite locations that do not have an onsite Office Coordinator.

  • Dependability and inoffice presence Youre available to work in the office five days a week ensuring handson support and seamless operations.

The starting cash range for this role is $75000 $100000. Please note that this is a target starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors including a specific candidates experience qualifications skills working location and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; overtime pay; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
