As aSolution Specialistin the team you will:
- Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager
- Present the Cloud solutions value propositions and differentiation that align to customers business objectives and IT initiatives based on your expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloudbased solutions
- Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
- Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought
- Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams
- Conduct group and oneonone trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise

What youll experience with our client:
As part of our sales organization you will work with a customer segment where you can make a real difference Small and Mediumsized companies. The position requires a combination of technical and communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. A core part of the role is to advance the engagement process so that targets for the account portfolio are met.
Youd be a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in Swedsih Fluent in English
- Have 36 years of technology related sales or business development experience
- Minimum Fundamentals certification is required
- Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key enduser scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
- Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
- Possess experience with cloudbased productivity collaboration and communications solution designs migrations and management of technology
- Have an understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies business drivers and emerging computing trends.
- Possess a proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
- Have exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer facing role
- Are successdriven works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
It will be an advantage if you:
- Have L200 certification
- Can demonstrate knowledge of identity authentication security privacy and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions
