Job Description
Office Location: Sheffield (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office 2 days working from home)
Salary: up to 48000
Commission: 25000 (uncapped)

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Partnerships Manager with experience in both the UK and international markets to join our missiondriven team. In this role youll collaborate across sales marketing product and operations to optimise existing partnerships develop new business opportunities and help drive revenue growth.
What Youll Do:
- Support Framework Development: Help shape a robust framework for managing commercial partnerships.
- Manage Existing Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact ensuring strong relationships and performance optimisation.
- Identify New Opportunities: Research evaluate and onboard new partnerships that align with Tes goals.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or commercial partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to present financial data.
- Organised and detailoriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
