Job Description

Used Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary ofAutoCanada a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 23 different franchises and over 600 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. Our Toyota of Lincolnwood dealership are searching for a talented and driven used vehicleacquisitioncoordinator to purchase vehicles for our inventory. Responsibilities

  • Makes outgoing phone calls
  • Involved in lease returns and renewals
  • Handle leads and appointment setting
  • Set appointments for prospective and current sellersto meet with a member of theteam
  • Manage high volume of customer inquiries through phone email text
  • Update client information in our CRM Report daily
  • Followup with prospective sellers
  • Followup with missed/cancelled sellers
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Product knowledge/function is key with all the different vehicles on a daily basis
  • Must be able to contribute to positive team environment

Qualifications

  • VAuto experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful Buyers MUST have excellent telephone skills
  • Selfmotivated and energetic
  • You as the Representative must have the ability to instantly build rapport with the client
  • A friendly/professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You MUST enjoy the phone and have the willingness to help clientsovercome objections in order to make the purchase
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals
  • Follow up with clientseffectively
