Job Description
- Always maintains updated project status and project log program
- Receives and reviews package from Sales
- Establishes and maintains active project files (both digital and hard copies)
- Prepares and releases drafting package to the Drafting Manager.
- Prepares and releases a package for review to Purchasing (prerelease package)
- Sends long lead items to customer for approval as needed
- Releases long leads or pricing to Purchasing once long lead or customer approvals are received
- Processes preliminary prints received from drafting.
- Verifies purchase orders and coordinates deviations
- Forwards project file to sales for invoicing (verifies building order sheet is updated)
- Interacts with Sales as needed for projects
- Processes final prints received from drafting to various departments
- Communicates with dealers and state agencies as needed
- Follows up in writing on missed schedules.
- Acquires missing information for processing of final release
- Communicates with state agencies on state approval status.
