ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Strategy Director helps usher in D&Gs next generation strategy function. In equal measures a business strategist and a creative planner this individuals portfolio includes successful productmarket analyses gotomarket strategies creative strategies and business transforming ideas. This person also has a strong pointofview on brands and the role advertising in the world. In addition to being a daytoday leader on Kia deeply engaged with the multidisciplinary team on the account they will help the Group Strategy Director and CSO elevate direct and grow our strategy practice ensuring we have the bestinclass tools techniques and talent.They will be a vital ally to the GCD in ideating and creating brave beautiful campaigns and to the leadership in upleveling the account service department to a consultative business practice. They too will work closely with the analytics team to ensure data underlines every step of the strategic and creative process.
