Fulcrum Digital is an agile and nextgeneration digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation.These services have applicability across a variety of industries including banking & financial services insurance retail higher education food health care and manufacturing.
We are looking for a Sr. Socotra Developer to design develop and optimize insurance core platform solutions using Socotra. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Socotra policy administration API integrations and insurance domain knowledge.
- Experience with Socotras policy administration system.
- Experience in Socotra Object Model (SOM) and product configuration.
- Proficiency in Socotra Data Model for insurance product setup.
- Developing and managing Socotra API integrations.
- Writing Socotra scripts for rulebased customizations.
- Experience with Socotra Extensions (Workflows Data Models Calculations Reports).
- Knowledge of JSON RESTful APIs and API security best practices.
- Handson experience with Postman and API testing tools.
- Experience in liquid template language would be an added advantage.
- Experience with Javascript ReactJS/VueJS/Angular.
- Basic Database knowledge (SQL NoSQL).
- Agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Good communication skills.
- Configure and customize Socotras platform based on business requirements.
- Develop new insurance products and enhance existing ones in Socotra.
- Integrate Socotra with external systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Debug and troubleshoot Socotra configurations and extensions.
- Work closely with insurance domain experts business analysts and engineers.
- Ensure best practices for performance security and scalability.
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and implementations.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- Experience working with P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance products.
