Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee North Point Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Please note that this is a seasonal opportunity expected to last from May to September.
As part of our team the Pool Attendant promotes a safe and relaxing atmosphere for guests in the pool area by monitoring occupancy of the pool area guest status and ensuring no prohibited items are taken into the pool area by checking bag/cooler contents.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for maintaining pool area safety.
Ensure guests do not bring prohibited items into the pool area.
Greet all guests upon arrival check bags/coolers monitor.
Checkin guests who have Cabana reservations.

9am 5.30pm

Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum 1year relevant experience preferred especially in events security or customer service.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to maintain timeliness and attendance.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail.
Work Environment:
This role will operate in a semiprofessional environment frequently outdoors. Uniform dress required. Exposure to extreme temperatures pool/cleaning chemicals.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
Frequent standing walking bending pushing pulling or lifting up to 25 lbs.
