sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in India!
Main Responsibilities
- Customize and configure the D365 CE platform using various tools and technologies including but not limited to Power Apps Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and Power BI
- Design develop and deploy custom solutions plugins custom workflows and integrations using the D365 CE SDK (Software Development Kit) C# JavaScript and other relevant programming languages
- Extend the functionality of D365 CE by creating custom entities attributes relationships and business rules to meet the specific business requirements of the organization
- Implement integrations with other systems both within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. SharePoint Azure Office 365 and external thirdparty applications using various integration methods and APIs
- Assist in data migration activities including data extraction transformation and loading into the D365 CE platform.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of customizations to ensure that they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
- Create and maintain technical documentation including technical design documents code documentation and deployment instructions.
- Ensure that all customizations and developments adhere to security and compliance standards including data protection and access control.
- Collaborate with functional consultants business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Keep uptodate with the latest features updates and best practices related to D365 CE development and ensure that the organization is leveraging the platform effectively
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated 7 years of experience as a D365 CE Developer
- Strong proficiency in C# JavaScript HTML and web services development
- Familiar with D365 CE customization and configuration using Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
- Knowledge of D365 CE SDK and development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
- Experience with integration tools and methods RESTful APIs and data migration
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control and code review processes
- Graduate degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Developer or similar role with a focus on customizing and extending the D365 CE platform
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Possess strong relationshipbuilding expertise with a wide and varied audience internally and externally
