Job Description
Seeking a Head of Product Development Actuary Life Insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Design and structure new innovative group and individual life insurance products
- Enhance and redesign existing products to better serve clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional guidelines
- Lead and mentor the Product Development team
- Engage with clients and reinsurers on product strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on technical product matters
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics or Statistics
- Nearly qualified Actuary preferred
- 35 years of experience in financial services
- Experience in life insurance product development (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to think innovatively and adapt to change
